Avalon Building Systems, a leader in modular homes located in Canton, MA is growing and therefore seeking a Site Superintendent to manage our projects throughout the area. This position will work directly with our Construction Manager.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated strengths and skills in the following area:
- 5 years of field experience in residential construction (Modular is a huge plus)
- Excel proficient.
- Possess strong organizational skills, be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail is a must.
You will be required to:
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Help to set up, manage, and buy out projects.
- Prepare and submit budgets for breakdown of job. Ensure all projects remain within the budget.
-Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects
- Field visits to jobsites during the week is required to direct our subcontractors and communicate with clients.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes benefits (Holiday, vacation, sick pay (as needed). This is a full-time position. Must own a truck.
