Learn cover songs for fun AND/OR collaborate on my originals

Hi! I have 2 current musical cravings. Will craigslist help me make my dreams come true??? 1) I want to learn cover songs by my favorite artists (there are literally hundreds that would make me happy to learn), and work them up in my living room, w/ all the parts, just for fun. (maybe we could Twitch it, or youtube it or whatever, but the idea isn’t to polish it for shows, as much as for like DIY talent show speed). I love The Beatles, Radiohead, Grizzly Bear, Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley, David Bowie, The Cure, Joanna Newsom, Mary Timony, Will Oldham, Fleetwood Mac, Paul Simon, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Cat Stevens, The Yardbirds, The Zombies, The Kinks, The Byrds, Crosby Stills and Nash, Neil Young, The Boswell Sisters, the Mills Brothers, Cyndi LAuper, Kate Bush, Harry Nilsson, The Detroit Cobras, omg all the Girls in the Garage stuff, Nick Drake, Fleet Foxes, Sylvan Esso, Tennis, The Shins, The Smiths, REM, The Police, Suzanne Vega, Aimee Mann, ELO, Olivia Newton John, The Carpenters, The Bee Gees, The Beach Boys, Gillian Welch, The Pretenders, and that’s all. Ha! Jk I could go on—but these are off the top of my head as far bands who have songs that would be a blast to learn. I moved to a new house recently and I HAVE A MUSIC ROOM!!! Drum kit, piano, lil PA, some lil combo amps, some guitars and banjos. None of these are state of the art, but they get the job done. And no shared walls. Score. 2) Ok and ALSO, I write songs and would love to flesh them out w/ dif instrumentation, have contributions to them from heads and ears and abilities other than my own. My dream is to have the “Lacie band” be like Radiohead, production-wise, in that each song has the treatment that that song calls for. Might be drum machine, might be string quartet, might be weird synthy shit. Might be folky. Spacey. Jazzy. … So! Yea, if either of these spark joy, hit me up. I’m 47 y.o. she/ her/ hers.
