Remediation means fixing a property to make it lead safe! If you are a handyperson, contractor, or landlord/property manager hoping to complete work on properties, this U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified training will equip you with skill and knowledge to join the workforce. Please note, landlords/property managers who want to complete work on their own properties, are required by federal law to have this certification. To participate in the class, your properties must be registered and verified with the City of Cleveland Building and Housing Department. All classes are free, a refundable deposit is required to reserve a seat. If you do not attend the class, your deposit will not be returned.
