Description

During this interactive workshop we will discuss common causes of knee pain and we will review stretches and exercises for knee pain. We will also be demonstrating Class IV laser therapy, which brings oxygen and red blood cells to heal damage around the knees. Please dress accordingly with shorts or loose fitting work out pants so you can get treatment on your knees during this event!
