Thunder Road, LLC is looking for road maintenance crew members to become part of one of our fast growing teams. Must be self motivated, able to work long hours outdoors exposed to weather conditions and to lift 50 lbs regularly. Structured pay increases based on skills and willingness to learn. Experience preferred but will provide on the job training. Job duties will include the following: cleaning, routing, heat lancing, driving, crack filling, and other asphalt maintenance duties. Candidates must have a valid Driver's License and own personal transportation to work. Pay will increase if candidate has valid CDL and/or prior experience. 50 + hours per week with pay based on experience level. Must be available to work weekends, holidays and occasionally nights.
