Class Description Join Kiana + Sean for a super motivating, 45 minute, spirit packed workout. You can expect to hear dope music you didn't even know were Christian Bops (prolly save some to your Spotify playlists), find yourself pushing through more than you thought you could, + leave feeling stronger + filled up! We like to combine HIIT style exercises with a dancing flare. The idea is to make your fitness a hobby, not a chore! Open to all fitness levels! About the Instructors Coach Kiana + Coach Sean Kiana grew up as a competitive then professional dancer in LA. Her love for movement led her to get her Personal Training Certification + Behavior Change Specialization. She gave her life to Jesus, met Sean + together they started the HOLY SWEAT movement, connecting people to their own relationship with God through fitness. Sean has always been a natural with sports, a true athlete in lacrosse, basketball, + football. After a transformative 14 months of rehab, he discovered God's grace + fell in love with physical empowerment in the gym. He redirected his life for the better + is now active duty for the US Coast Guard. Together, you can find Kiana + Sean sharing their faith + encouraging people to endure not just through the storms, but through those last reps! HOLY SWEAT classes are completely bodyweight + equipment-free. but feel free to bring your own ankle/wrist weights if you want that extra challenge!
