Job Description We specialize in high quality, detail oriented property maintenance. As a team member at Dependable Yard Care, your duties may include: •Mowing, trimming and edging lawns •Pruning trees or trimming shrubs •Weeding, raking and cleaning up flowerbeds •Installing mulch At DYC, you can count on a consistent, full time schedule, year round. We run on 10 hour shifts, so you get a 3 day weekend, every week! Overtime is available seasonally, and we don't work major holidays. While experience is a plus for this position, we also provide comprehensive training. Compensation and Benefits •Hourly pay from at $20/hour up to $26/hour. Starting rate of pay is based on experience. •Paid time off is available for covering weather days, sick time or pre-approved days off. •Vacation time is available after one year of employment. Team Member Requirements •This job is full time and we work outdoors in all weather, all year. Strong physical shape is important. •Successful candidates must be able and willing to operate equipment such as a mower, hedge trimmer, weedeater, or blower after receiving the proper training. •You will need to be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. •No tobacco use is allowed while "on the clock".
