Gillian Jagger and Consuela Mander Memorial

The cathedral-like Dairy Barn in which Gillian installed some of her best work, and Gillian and Connie Mander welcomed and fed visitors to their legendary solstice parties, will host their memorial around the 2022 summer solstice. The memorial will include remembrances by some of the people who knew Gillian and Connie best during their long and remarkable lives, a photo montage of Gillian and Connie, and excepts from videos about Gillian and her work. In the tradition of the solstice parties, drinks and a buffet will be offered following the memorial. Following the buffet, Gillian's buildings and studio near the house will be open, as will the Jagger-Mander house, future home of the Jagger archive, the progress of which will be revealed at the memorial.
