About The Event Located at the Family Partnership Center in Poughkeepsie, NY, the Financial Development Center is designed to provide confidential, no–cost financial counseling that can help guide members on their financial journey. On behalf of the Financial Development Center staff and Executive team at HFCU, we hope you will join us for the long-awaited grand opening celebrations. Speakers Hear directly from HFCU President/CEO, Michael Ciriello, Community Development Officer, Chad Beach and Financial Development Center Manager, Jannera Cruz as they discuss the mission, vision and opportunites this center will bring to the City of Poughkeepsie. Ribbon Cutting In partnership with the Dutchess County Chamber, the official ribbon cutting ceremony will commence at 4:00 pm followed by refreshments and passed hors d'oeuvres for all attendees. Refreshments & Hors d'oeuvres Soft beverages and passed hors d'oeuvres will be served directly following the ribbbon cutting ceremony.
