Then we’re looking for you. We're looking for a new member for our team who has weekday availability to serve our fantastic local lunch crowd. Typical shifts are 10:00 - 4:00 and 4-930p with some flexibility to work around your schedule. This is a part-time position with an average of 2 - 5 shifts per week. We want our servers to be successful and have a great time working with us. Here's a list of some important duties and expectations that are necessary to make each shift a home run: Deliver friendly, helpful service to every guest, every time at every table.Proactively meet guest needs.Take direction and correction from members of the management team.Pursue excellent service above all other tasks.Present a professional appearance and positive demeanor to guests and challenges.Work in a team with other Front of House and Back of House team members.Communicate efficiently and effectively. Ask questions if things are unknown or unclear.Think critically to find solutions to challenges as they arise.Adhere to standards of health & safety determined by Saz’s State House training and guidelines, as well as state or municipal requirements.Continue to work until all necessary tasks are completed and the shift is released/cut Previous experience would be great, but if you’re willing to make exceeding guest expectations your top priority, we’ll train you to do the rest!
