FOND DU LAC, WI — Fond Du Lac High School canceled classes on Tuesday after students received a shooting threat on social media on Monday, the Fond du Lac School District superintendent Jeffrey Fleig said in a letter to parents.
Police learned high school students received a threat through the social media platform Snapchat on Monday, the Fond du Lac Police Department said in a statement.
Classes would start again Wednesday, Fleig added. The closure would give police more time to investigate the threats.
