WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 25, Lois Fitzgerald, of West Haven, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Tobacco Plus in West Haven and won $10,000.
