NORWICH, CT - A Griswold resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Norwich earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 31, Janet Wilber, of Griswold, purchased a Mega Millions ticket from the Stop & Shop in Norwich and won $30,000.
