Description
Part-time maintenance worker whose primary duties will be to prepare vacant apartments for rent in Northern, RI. Must have tools and transportation and be responsible as well as work independently. Duties include (but are not limited to) painting, cleaning, changing locks, changing faucets, changing a toilet and other tasks based on skill level. Basic carpentry skills are a plus.
