Description

Frequently asked questions Do I have to rsvp? No, anyone can show up but RSVP helps us get a good idea of how many people plan on showing up. If you RSVP and don't show no pressure we understand there's a lot going on. Is the event free? Yes, the event is 100% free there's free parking in the parking lot and free parking all around. What is the dress code? There's no official dress code most people dress casual or business casual. Is it okay if I come late? Yes, typically people show up whenever they can the longer you're there the more people you will meet. Even though the event ends at 8:00 p.m. oftentimes people stay longer. What should I do when I show up? Just walk right in through the door, the whole restaurant is for the event. What should I bring? That's up to you business cards are always great to connect with people however many prefer social media nowadays. Consider bringing a pen and paper for when the speaker talks for notes. Who is this event for? Anyone who's interested in real estate. If you've never done a deal come show up and meet people who are doing deals and if you're already doing a lot of deals come find and connect with people who can help you find your next deal or save you money. What's the catch? There's no catch it's just a meet-up event that we enjoy posting since we can connect with great people in the local market and do deals together. If there is a sponsor they will pitch their product in a no-pressure way it's our way of saying thank you for paying for the free food and allowing us to keep these events free. If I have a question who should I ask? Please ask your question in the Facebook event group everyone can see your question and see the answer instead of us having to answer the same question 100 times. Please do not DM The Host to ask questions rather share them here so everyone can get value. If you have questions regarding sponsorship or speaking please DM us privately for that.
