NEW LONDON, CT - A New London resident is $40,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 31, Saul Morales Fiol, of New London, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Cumberland Farms in New London and won $40,000.
