Found puppy

Hey guys, I just took in this lost puppy. The people who found him said they had him for about three weeks and nobody had said anything. I’m really hoping to find his owners because I can not keep him that long either. I was also told he has no chip, and didn’t come with a collar or tags. Found in the east Montana area
