DARIEN, CT — The town of Darien is offering a third round of free mental health first aid training sessions in July. Registrants may elect a single day eight-hour class, or a two cay class of four hours each. A single day session will be offered July 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and split days on July 13 and July 14, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. A mental health first aid session is an eight-hour certification course that helps individuals and communities better understand mental health issues and respond accordingly to others.
