Description
We are a small manufacturing company in the Bridgeport CT. area with immediate full time & part time openings for an experienced molding machine operator in our first shift operation. The ideal candidate shall have practical, proven experience in press machine operation or similar processing in a manufacturing environment.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to mold set up,weighing, pressing, demolding & cure prep of Compression Molding Machines. Must be a hands-on person that possesses safe practices with a good work ethic and able to execute corrective action and maintain solid productivity rates
The position also requires the ability to think and work independently and collectively with supervision and production personnel to meet production goals.
Must have good work references
