SAVE THE DATE!NHG welcomes the Sogetsu School of Ikebana Dallas Branch to bring this simultaneously ancient yet contemporary form of flower and natural material arranging to North Haven Gardens.The group will begin to meet monthly with us in September, but announces their new meeting home with this free, kick-off exhibition event. Attend live ikebana making demonstrations at 10am and 2pm each day on our patio, and enjoy a small exhibited sampling of completed arrangements. Find out how all-natural materials come together to create a new unified form of this living art! The Sogetsu School of Ikebana Dallas Branch is a non-profit organization, with the goal of deepening the understanding of the art of ikebana and improving ikebana skills through a multitude of events and programs. The Sogetsu School of Ikebana Dallas Branch meets the fourth Thursday Sep - May and the second in Nov & Dec in our Classroom. For more information, see sogetsudallas.org, or email [email protected].
