BETHEL, CT — The Housatonic Resources Recovery Authority is hosting a "Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Event" from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Bethel High School, located at 300 Whittlesey Drive. The event is only open to residents of Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, Kent, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Roxbury, Sherman, Weston and Wilton. Hazardous materials accepted include camera batteries, moth balls, paints, septic tank degreasers and more. See below for a more complete list.
