Need a landscaper for ground cover and tree trimming

I would like to get the planter strip on the street covered with ground cover of rock. Right now there is dirt. The dirt has to be dug about four inches, neatly leveled and then the weed barrier needs to be applied. Then planter strip needs to be covered with one inch rock. I will supply with weed barrier. Rock needs to be purchased from the closeby rock company. It would be preferred if you have a truck. If not we have to figure out an alternative. There are three trees which are overgrown and need to be thinned out and pruned. Looking for an experienced landscaper who has done this job before.
