Full-time seasonal work on organic vegetable farm north of Davenport. Owners have been dry-farming tomatoes and squash since 1985, this is a small family business and we have a tightly-knit crew! Must be okay with physical labor, following directions, and working well with others in a tight but friendly team that has dedicated themselves to the trade for years. Job includes moving and running irrigation, hoeing veggie beds, harvesting for farmer's markets twice a week and eventually harvesting tomatoes and squash. Being able to speak and understand some English is necessary, unfortunately none of us are bilingual. The job site locations are tricky to get to so if hired please make sure you understand how to get there before leaving in the morning! $18.00 an hour + some piecework. 7am-3pm Mon-Fri Please send an email with any relevant job history and a little bit about yourself and why you think you would be a good fit.
