Join us for an evening ceremony to release, recharge, and renew! Utilizing an uplifting cacao elixir, the body-freeing beats of international DJ Levi Banner, and the soothing gong tones played by Eve Smith, we will embark on a collective journey to move intuitively, drop into our bodies, and enter a state of liberation, peace, and celebration! We will begin by partaking in an uplifting cacao ceremony, move into an invigorating ecstatic dance practice, and conclude with a grounding gong bath meditation. Ecstatic Dance is meant to celebrate and empower every body and experience level. Fueled by rich cacao and electrifying beats, the purpose of this community dance is to release ourselves from confining expectations and welcome any movement that arises in our bodies – creating an invigorating and joyous atmosphere in our inner and outer landscapes!
