Strong Family is looking for a superstar, self-motivated, responsible, friendly, outgoing BBQ selling guru to help run our Tacoma based farmers market booths. This position is looking to hire now! Position includes set up, tear down and storage of the brand and equipment. In addition, there are opportunities to be an affiliate with the brand. No investment to start earning - base pay plus commission (earn based on your effort!) Must be: Responsible and RELIABLE Have reliable transportation Be personable and professional Able to lift 50lbs Pay $50 base with the ability to earn more Where: Lakewood Farmers Market (Tuesdays 12:30am-7:30pm), Steilacoom Farmers Market (Wed 1:30-7:30pm Starting June 15th through August 31st), Dupont Farmers Market (Thursdays 1:30-7:30pm 2 June Through Aug 11 & September 18) Sales associates need to pick up product at a specified location before the markets and then proceed to the market. Duties include booth set up/break down, inventory/stock management, market sales, and consumer engagement. Required Qualifications: - Be able to lift product (up to 75lbs) - have a valid drivers license, insurance, and a vehicle large enough to carry market setup - current food handlers card for WA - ability to work with minimal supervision - ability to run markets in compliance with health department and market requirements Desired Qualifications: - Good at Sales and love it! - self motivated and attention to detail
