Construction Laborer (Full or Part Time) - Immediate opening Fletcher Contractors is looking for a Construction Laborer who is ready to work hard and is a reliable and responsible employee. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, tile, drywall, painting, and rough to finishing work. You must have the skill and knowledge to work a variety of hand and power tools as well as the ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely as instructed. Qualifications: • Must be reliable and responsible • Experience in the field • Knowledge of how to safely use equipment • Must be self-motivated • Can work independently as well as be a team player • Able to communicate well and complete daily requirements • Must be professional, of high integrity, and motivated to learn • Must have dependable transportation, preferably a truck, and basic tools Schedule: • Monday to Friday Benefits: • Paid time off Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience To apply send the following information: • Description of your experience on various tasks • Description of the type of projects you have worked on • Any relevant special experience (i.e., project cost estimating or management of a construction team) • Two (2) reference for similar work performed • Desired starting pay • Resume (Optional)
