Synergy Contractors Group is looking for exceptional full-time employees (Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, hours might extend to 4:00 – 5:00 pm) who can work well with others, communicate effectively, and can follow directions. Must be punctual, reliable and be able to work outdoors in variety of weather conditions. Synergy Contractors Group (SCG) was founded by Joshua Schaaf, an Industry Veteran of over 20 years and a proud member of the Mille Lacs Band of the Ojibwe. SCG is wood framing company building commercial and residential high-end complexes and single-family homes in the greater Seattle area and expanding nationwide to offer prebuilt components to fit project needs. Warehouse Assistant Requirements: Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Must be organized, hardworking Must be able to lift/ carry 75+ lbs. Must have a valid Driver’s License Must have a reliable transportation Must be Comfortable operating bigger box trucks. Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: Assist the shop with ordering and managing materials needed for the job sites Pick up material from suppliers and delivers to the job site Manage and track tool’s inventory on site and in shop Measure and cutting lumber, sheeting in shop Will be required to drive from the shop to the job site everyday Sweep as requested on site and in shop Removing debris and trash from building to dumpster on site and in shop Must always follow all safety rules, including wearing proper safety equipment (Boots, safety glasses and hard hats) Page Break Salary: 18-25/hour (DOE) We are PROUD to Offer: Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401 K (Benefits only available to full time employee, waiting period is applicable)
