Synergy Contractors Group is looking for exceptional full-time employees (Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm) who can work well with others, communicate effectively, and can follow directions. Must be punctual, reliable and be able to work outdoors in variety of weather conditions. Synergy Contractors Group (SCG) was founded by Joshua Schaaf, an Industry Veteran of over 20 years and a proud member of the Mille Lacs Band of the Ojibwe. SCG is wood framing company building commercial and residential high-end complexes and single-family homes in the greater Seattle area and expanding nationwide to offer prebuilt components to fit project needs. Construction Laborer Requirements: Should able to quickly determine types of materials (Nails, hardware, lumber including lengths) Lift 75+ lbs. on a regular basis Forklift experience is a plus Sort numerically, read measuring tape, and organize materials Must have reliable transportation Must have a neat and clean appearance and must be organized. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Assist Framing Carpenters as needed Properly wrap finished material to stay dry Provide site clean up All employees must follow all safety rules, at all times, including wearing proper safety equipment (i.e. boots, safety glasses, hard hats).
