Sweet friendly Corgi/Chow mix needs home ASAP

I was given this sweet almost 3 yr old Chow/Corgi mix, only 35 lbs, by one of my dog walking clients. The owner had a baby with complications and has no time for this semi-needy sweetheart. I can't have dogs in my tiny studio apartment and this pup needs room to run and loves affection. He listens really well and is so gentle and loving. He would do great with a family with other pets and kids. He gets along right away with other dogs and is quite submissive. Bear has potty issues if he's not carefully monitored. I have walked this pup for a few months now, he does great on a leash and doesn't bark or act aggressive at other pets He just wants love and cuddles. Bear deserves a good home.
