General Responsibilities: Work from schedules, daily work orders and instructions from Property Manager. Make repairs, including basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and dry wall. Painting & power washing as assigned. Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure that potential problems are properly addressed and needed repairs are completed. Other duties as assigned. Skills: General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be be dependable with a positive attitude and able to work independently A team player who is always be professional and courteous Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, balance, climb stairs and ladders, and lift, carry, push/pull to 50 lbs.
