Description

This FREE three hour self-defense and personal safety awareness program will provide women and middle school/high school girls (13-18) with the information and techniques to better protect themselves. This program will consist of a personal safety lecture, then a self-defense training block teaching the fundamentals of striking and escapes from common restraint holds. A free seat reservation ticket is REQUIRED.
