Job Description: In this position you would be responsible for the installation of replacement windows and doors while ensuring industry standard installation techniques and100% customer satisfaction! We follow the AAMA Installation Standards on all jobs and pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time. Qualified candidates should possess a history of superior workmanship. Core Competencies: Experience with full-frame window and door installation. Project management, basic construction techniques, good knowledge of building materials. Problem-solving and good judgment. Written and verbal communication. Customer/Client service and support. Basic computer skills. Job Responsibilities, Qualification, and Skill Requirements: Ability to work well and communicate with office team members, field vendors, and clients. Able to multi-task/Work under pressure. Ability to follow and lead others when necessary. Proven customer relation skills to help them understand the situation and corrective action. Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes & accept process changes. Mechanical aptitude: ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings, and hardware. Clean background Valid driver's license A positive attitude with eagerness to learn. Compensation based on experience and skill level.
