Meet Rio. He is a funny bird. He only likes women and he doesn't like a lot of noise. Once he bonds to you he ADORES you. He bites, he doesn't talk, but he LOVES to be talked to. Unfortunately I am moving to WA and have no way of transporting him. I am seeking a quiet home preferably one that can give him attention and love. The ideal home would be a retired couple or a woman that can give him the attention he craves.
