Rogers, AR 72756 Refuge Church wants to be a refuge for Single Parents by offering a FREE Oil Change on Saturday, August 6 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. We know preparing your family to get ready to go back to school means lots of driving so we want to help you get ready by offering a free oil change! Please share this great opportunity with any single parents in your life! Please select one appointment time to have your oil changed. To keep your appointment, we will need to speak with you about your vehicle. Wait for our phone call or email, and please respond accordingly. Bring your car in at your pre-arranged appointment time. We will get you all checked in and show you where you may wait. We’ll then take the keys and our experienced volunteers will change your oil for you. A waiver will be required. Do I need to bring proof of ID? We will ask for your vehicle registration and ID at time of arrival. The name on the registration must match the name on your government issued ID.  How can I contact the organizer with any questions? No, we ask that if you are not able to attend that you call or email us and let us know that you will no longer be able to make it so we can pass the blessing along to another single parent on the waitlist.  Where do I find my VIN number? Every vehicle made has a unique 17-digit number known as a Vehicle Identification Number, or VIN. Unlike your Social Insurance Number (SIN) there is no harm in sharing your VIN, in fact, it can typically be accessed by anyone standing near your vehicle.  To find your VIN, either check your insurance card, or stand outside your vehicle on the driver’s side and look at the corner of the dashboard where it meets the windshield. If the VIN cannot be found there, open the driver’s side door and look at the door post (where the door latches when it is closed). Is there any reason you may not be able to change my oil? We regret that we are only able to service cars which use a regular canister-type filter. Some cars use a cartridge filter which requires specialized tools to replace.
