Mechanic Technician Wanted

We are a growing used car dealership that is in need of another Tech/Mechanic ASAP. We are currently outsourcing to local shops an incredible amount of hours. We sell 60-80 cars a month, which is tough with one Tech. One of our current issues is that we have two lifts, but they are being used by our current Tech during the day Monday-Friday. I have another bay that can fit 3 cars inside but the bay has low ceilings which means no lifts. So, the person we are looking for would need to be willing to do one of two things. One option would be to work on the ground with jack stands, at least at this point in our growth. With this option, there would be a possibility to use the lifts on the weekends. I’m open to a flex schedule. The second option would be for this person to work 2nd shift while using the two lifts. We are a family-owned, Christian-based company that is loyal to our customers and to our employees. Our current employees have been with us for a long time. We have a very respectful, stable work environment and if you're a good worker and loyal, then there's nothing I won't do for you. You won't find a better boss. The compensation is negotiable and will be over market given the conditions, but you have to possess the right skill set. Like I said, option one is the three open bays working on the ground or possibly second shift sharing the shop with our current technician who doesn't work overtime or the weekends. If you have a current job or are looking to pick up more hours, the minimum hours that will work for us would probably be around 20 to 25 flat rate. If you can't work more than that in the evenings or on the weekend, then you’ll probably need to look elsewhere.
