Compensation: $18 - $30/hr. negotiable, depending on experience employment type: full-time, with possibility of overtime We are looking for all levels of single-ply (TPO, PVC, & EPDM applications) roofers with any level of experience. Previous construction experience is preferred, but not required. Hours= Monday-Friday 40 hours per week, with possible overtime Pay= $18 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and position Must have transportation Full-time year round employment for top performers JOB REQUIREMENTS - Must have the ability to pass pre-employment drug testing - Must be willing to follow OSHA safety requirements - Be able to work in extreme conditions (very hot or cold weather) - Adhere to all company safety procedures at all times - Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs) - Operate the proper equipment and vehicles needed - Must be able to use hand and power tools - Load, transport, and unload materials at the shop and job site - Requires standing, walking, crouching, etc. for long periods of time - Have the ability to use and read a tape measurer, and mark distances accordingly - Must be able to see details at close range - Exposure to minor cuts, stings, etc. - Be able to clean the roof surfaces and debris - Be able to apply caulk, adhesives, coatings, etc. - Requires much physical activity, including climbing ladders, moving whole body to lift, balance, walk, bending over, etc.
