Seeking Grover Beach Cop Who Likes To Actually Enforce Laws =)

So far I've noticed the following laws are pretty much never enforced: ~ Illegal Immigration ~ Vote Fraud (everybody knows these 2 = Y America is 'the joke of the world' =)) ~ Mail fraud & other 'local' fraud ~ False Advertising What about ~ Trespassing? ~ Theft? Contacted local police & they refuse to prosecute fraud or false advertising, but a criminal I am trying to prosecute has also done trespassing & theft on top of fraud & false advertising. The government can make a lot of money via fines on all of these but I guess none of the money goes to the local police so they just ignore it all? That's what I've noticed but maybe YOU are the exception? Let me know! =D I have lots of evidence including physical & written & even admission from the criminal themselves that they did the crime, yet the police here outright REFUSE to enforce it. It's like some kind of surreal comedy skit = all their 'blame the victim' & 'we don't enforce laws here' type games. Also, instead of telling you up front 'we do not enforce those laws' they sadistically waste your time for weeks on end to jack you around & try 2 wear U down = very strange.
