Savage Memorial Presbyterian Church is seeking an on-site church custodian. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for cleaning the church building(s), maintain the grounds and do routine security checks of the property. Job duties include mopping, dusting, vacuuming, general cleaning, unlocking and locking building for various functions, mowing lawns, watering lawns and shrubs, setting up chairs and tables when needed, monitoring security alarm system, perform light maintenance jobs and other duties as assigned. Sunday morning availability is required. Must be able to perform duties as physically required and work independently. The successful candidate will pass a background check. Benefits include holiday and vacation pay and on-site housing.
