Full time Maintenance Technician needed. Duties include but not limited too: plumbing work, painting/sheetrock repair, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning system maintenance. carpentry work, appliance repair, grounds & property upkeep, responding to service request from tenants, identifying problems and making repairs, getting vacant units ready for next tenant etc. Please submit your resume via email
