Wieser Brothers General Contractor, Inc. is hiring a Concrete Worker to join its team in La Crescent, MN. In this role, the Concrete Worker is responsible for completing tasks such as assisting Concrete Finishers in finishing concrete, operating saws, and concrete removal equipment, and assisting in setting forms and wall panels. This role offers weekly overtime with a guaranteed 40–50-hour workweek during the busy season. Job Responsibilities: • Assist and place concrete with rake, shovel or related equipment • Assist Concrete Finishers in finishing concrete • Assist in setting forms and wall panels • Cut, place, tie rebar, wire mesh and related reinforcing materials • Partake and assist in all finishing aspects of concrete Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in similar concrete role • Hold current Health Card certification • ACI Concrete certification preferred, but not required • CDL certification preferred, but not required • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning Benefits: • Wages based on skills and work experience • Health and dental insurance • Life, short-term and long-term disability insurance • PTO, paid vacations and holidays • 401(k) plan and profit sharing Wieser Brothers General Contractor, Inc. is eager to welcome a new team member.
