Need to find a home around Denton for my 2 yr old male shih tzu. He had a bad few months. I rehomed home in March and recieved a text from the person a few weeks later telling my he had a bladder stone and the vet he was taking him to in Dallas wanted $3500 or more to do surgery. He told me I could go pick him up from that hospital so I did. My vet who is located in Denton off Teasley was able to get him in next day and did surgery based off what the vet said in Dallas. There was not a bladder stone. His bladder was majorly inflamed and she is not sure what exactly happened but said it was like he had gone through chemo. She did a urinalysis and put him on antibiotics. We went back after that round and she did another urinalysis and said it looks much better but we did one more round of antibiotics. I have him on a special can food for bladder issues as well. Am looking for someone that lives local that can use my vet because she knows his history and she is very affordable. She also seems to know what she is doing versus that hospital in Dallas. Small rehome fee to the right home. You can text me with any questions
