We are hiring construction workers to install residential renewable energy solar construction projects. You will be helping bring the goal of renewable energy to homeowners. You must be able to lift 50lbs., have endurance and work well with you hands, must be able to follow instructions, and safety rules. Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass a DOT Physical. Tool purchase program available for candidates without tools for the trade. Must be able to walk/work on rooftops of homes and not be afraid of heights. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install racking and solar panels on residential properties Safely set up ladders Carry materials at construction sites Install electrical conduit and wiring per plans Energize the solar system and set up customer monitoring Take pictures throughout the project to document work Must be able to practice safety at all times Skills: Proven experience as construction worker preferred but not required, will train right candidate(s) Basic electrical knowledge helpful but not required Comfortable walking and working on roofs Able to work in a team Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed (training provided) Able to read and speak English There is plenty of room for growth for the motivated individual.
