Starts at $17.50/hr with ample room for raises based on experience and performance. Pros: A beautiful work environment, minimum interaction with the general public. Cash at the end of every day, or however you'd like it. Gas and travel time compensation (transportation required). No work on weekends. Cons: it's very physically demanding, hot, buggy, muddy, humid sometimes hateful weather conditions. No work in down pours, heat advisory work is optional. While Horticulture experience is helpful its not mandatory, we can train you. Part time start with potential for more hours if interested. If you are clearly and experienced Gardener/ Landscaper, Horticulturalist/ plant wizard we will promptly pay you more, however you'll have to prove it first.
