Need reliable person for help with renovations and property maintenance at commercial and residential buildings in downtown Biddeford. Ideal candidate will have the ability to listen and learn. Chance to learn about renovations and apartment maintenance with a friendly crew who value quality work. Job includes moving materials, cleaning, demo, scraping paint, caulking, priming, landscaping, apartment turnovers and trash removal. Ability to remain productive without direct supervision is important. Any additional skills and drivers license a plus but the above mentioned tasks will still be the bulk of the work. Candidates who live in the Biddeford/Saco are strongly preferred. $20 per hour. A flexible schedule is no problem but looking for at least three days a week.
