As a 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 at SLS you will provide maintenance services and oversee the properties you are assigned to, making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently and are completed to perfection. You must be able to lead a team, communicating direction and giving support when needed. In order for safe and effective performance of a job, speaking English is preferred for this position. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to mowing, trimming, raking, mulching, using tools and large equipment such as commercial grade mowers, leaf blowers, and weed whackers. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Minimum of 2 years of professional landscape maintenance as a crew leader Minimum of 3 years of professional landscape maintenance service Experience with commercial grade landscape tools and equipment Keep work vehicles, tools and equipment clean and organized Follow safety guidelines provided by SLS Outdoor Living Ability to engage professionally with customers and teammates Bilingual is a plus but not required Ability to lift 50lbs or more daily 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Hiring Bonus!
