Pet bird found today, June 1 2022, near the intersection of Cedar St and Highland Ave, Somerville, MA. It is a blue and white budgie/ parakeet, with blue chest and white/gray back. It is banded with a magenta tag on its left leg. (See photo) The bird was brought to Animal Rescue League Boston at 10 Chandler St, Boston. Anyone looking for the bird should reach out to ARL Boston.
