Latitude Transport is hiring for full-time and part-time driver positions. If you enjoy driving and helping your community, this is the job for you. We're new in town and here to stay! Drivers, or Transportation Specialists as we like to call them, will transport clients to and from their appointments. We provide wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory transport. We offer flexible scheduling, 3 days off a week, employee bonuses, and PTO (after 12 months of employment). We also provide supplemental insurance and a 401k for employees (after 90 days). No CDL required. All training is paid for. Sign-On Bonus of $300 after 90 days of continued employment. Qualifications: -- Live in or within 10 miles of TriCities (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland). -- 23 years of age or older. -- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and UA. -- No DUI or felony convictions in the past 10 years. -- Clean driving record with 12 months of consecutive driving history. -- Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and follow GPS. Previous experience is preferred but not required. $15 - $16/hour DOE. An Extra $200 if you already have all of the credentials for being an NEMT Driver. Get in on the ground floor, it will be worth it.
