We are looking for the right candidate to be a part of our sign design / graphics department. You will have the opportunity to be creative, work in a comfortable and fun environment, and be able to learn the business, our customers, and to take pride in the creation of a unique and custom product. Primary Job Responsibilities Include: • Previous experience with large format printers, plotters, rip software, etc. or experience working in a sign or print shop is needed. • Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw experience is necessary. • Excellent customer service skills plus ability to follow through and pay attention to details, while working in a fast paced, busy environment. • Effectively managing time and projects, with the ability to deal with changing priorities every now and again. • You will have the flexibility to work at various stations within the shop. This isn’t just a desk job, you will be working on your feet to operate equipment, be involved in production of signs, etc. Will need to be able to occasionally maneuver up to 50 pounds. • Perform basic installations of signs as needed at customer locations, maintaining the professional standards of the company. • Insurable driving record required. We are looking for someone who can work with their hands and their head. Prior graphic sign design experience is preferred. We offer good benefits for full time employees, paid vacation, holidays, matching 401k, health insurance, and work weekdays, off on Fridays at 1pm.
