Helpers, Contractors, needed for Philly house projects -

we are working on a couple different projects and need a couple hard working guys to help us. Framing, drywall, installing doors, roof repair, gutter repairs, gutting a wall, a room, a whole house, yard clean up, plumbing. WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR ME! First, let me say I get dozens of guys from CL & FB who all say they are the best at something or everything. They ask for big bucks but then they don't really know as much as they think. I pay ALL workers $100 for the first 8 hour day and then we discuss from there. If you have skills to frame and install windows or do siding or plumbing, and you think your worth $20 or $25 an hour, you need to PROVE it to me first. Its a pretty simple rule for me. Give me a day at $100 for 8 hours. Prove your skills. And if I'm happy we can raise the rate from there. If you have multiple skills, I have more work for you. If you have your own tools, thats a plus, but not a neccessity. Must be able to get to job site on own whether its in Brewerytown, or West Philly, or South Philly or NE Philly. Most jobs spend several days in same location, but they do move around. No drugs, No thieves, No slackers.
