Work with us at DELTA8 EXPO!! Delta8 Expo is coming to Charlotte! www.cbdexpo.net Your chance to be a part of this great show. You will learn ALOT, meet new people, and go home with free samples. This is a contract position for a 2-day event. *Must be available both days.* The show runs: Thursday 6/23/2022 7:15 am-5 pm Friday 6/24/2022 8am-5pm at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa at 5400 John Q. Hammons NW, Concord, NC 28027 Call time for this position will be up to 30 min before the start of showtime the first day. No heavy lifting or long periods of standing. Must have good customer service skills to help, meet, and greet expo guests. Event staff will get plenty of breaks and a lunch break. Cash will be paid at the end of the event. No Ripped Jeans We have a few positions for the Event: (2) Mic Runner/Door Check Personnel (1) Exhibit Hall Door Check Personnel (2) Event Registration Personnel - Mic Runner Personnel Responsibilities: Run mics for speakers in panel room discussions Go into the audience with mic to amplify audience questions Sanitize mic in between each question with a disinfectant wipe Maintain a cadence of questions and answers by being attentive to the audience and prepared to run to the questioner as soon as they have been called upon Check credentials at door Position Requirements: Ability to balance respect for personal space and social distancing while effectively running mic and amplifying audience questions Event Experience a plus Professionalism in appearance Excellent customer service Compliance with COVID-19 safety precautions an absolute must No known COVID-19 exposure or positive tests that have not been cleared by a physician No COVID-19 symptoms for the past week prior to the event - Door Check Personnel Responsibilities: Administer touch-free temperature checks to patrons before allowing entrance to the event, and sanitize devices in between each patron Check the credentials (badge) of each patron and regulate entrance accordingly Maintain respect, be polite, and be willing to problem solve if a conflict arises Maintain a social distance of patrons as they wait in lines to have their credentials checked Position Requirements: Customer service excellence Event Experience a plus Professionalism in appearance Compliance with COVID-19 safety precautions an absolute must No known COVID-19 exposure or positive tests that have not been cleared by a physician No COVID-19 symptoms for the past week prior to the event Please note: this is not a security position. - Registration Personnel Responsibilities: Registering attendees Sanitizing check-in devices Check the credentials (badge) of each patron and regulate entrance accordingly Assisting attendees if they have questions Maintain respect, polite, and be willing to problem solve if a conflict arises Maintain a social distance of patrons as they wait in lines to have their credentials checked Position Requirements: Need to have experience in Mac, Ipad, PC Customer service excellence Event Experience is a plus Professionalism in appearance Compliance with COVID-19 safety precautions an absolute must No known COVID-19 exposure or positive tests that have not been cleared by a physician No COVID-19 symptoms for the past week prior to the event Ability to be on feet for long hours Position Requirements: - Need to have excellent communication skills - Must have great customer service - Event Experience a plus - Professionalism in appearance - Compliance with COVID-19 safety precautions is an absolute must - No known COVID-19 exposure or positive tests that have not been cleared by a physician - No COVID-19 symptoms for the past week prior to the event - Ability to be on feet for long hours - Ability to work in a fast pace environment *No smoking or cannabis use while working
